Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 August 2026

These terms apply whenever you book a journey with Connect4Ride, operated by AirportSea Taxi Limited (Company No. 16574100, registered in England and Wales, registered office 32 Chester Road, Gloucester, United Kingdom, GL4 3AY) ("we", "us", "our"), whether by WhatsApp, phone, email or our website booking form. By booking a journey, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we reply to your enquiry with a confirmed pickup time, vehicle and fare — not simply upon your initial message or form submission.

2. Fares and payment

Fares are confirmed with you before travel. Fares shown on our website for standard airport routes assume a pickup within Cheltenham; pickups from surrounding areas may vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when your booking is made.

3. Cancellations and no-shows

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be chargeable — this will be explained to you at the time of booking where applicable.

4. Waiting time

Airport, seaport and station pickups include a set amount of free waiting time from your flight/train/sailing's actual arrival, as confirmed at booking. Additional waiting time beyond this may be chargeable.

5. Flight, train and sailing monitoring

We monitor published flight, train and sailing information where a reference number is provided, and use it to plan your pickup. This is a monitoring service, not an automated system — we do not guarantee real-time accuracy of third-party travel data, and significant delays should still be communicated to us directly where possible.

6. Passenger delays

If you are delayed beyond the included waiting time for reasons unrelated to flight/train/sailing delays we are tracking, additional waiting charges may apply.

7. Luggage

Please let us know your luggage requirements when booking so we can provide a suitable vehicle. We reserve the right to decline luggage that exceeds the space available in the booked vehicle.

8. Vehicle substitution

Vehicle images shown on our website represent our typical fleet. An equivalent vehicle of the same class may occasionally be provided depending on availability, without affecting your fare.

9. Accessibility

Please tell us about any accessibility requirements when booking so we can arrange an appropriate vehicle. Our wheelchair-accessible vehicle is subject to availability and should be requested in advance.

10. Child seats

Please ask when booking whether a child seat can be provided — availability should be confirmed in advance rather than assumed.

11. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or end a journey in cases of abusive, threatening or unsafe behaviour towards the driver or vehicle.

12. Damage and cleaning

You are responsible for any damage or excessive mess caused to the vehicle during your journey, and a reasonable cleaning or repair charge may apply.

13. Circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, traffic accidents, or public transport disruption.

14. Complaints

If something goes wrong, please contact us as soon as possible at office@airportsea-taxi.co.uk or 07387 737730 so we can put it right.

15. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
