Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

Connect4Ride, operated by AirportSea Taxi Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or request a transfer, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

1. Who we are

Connect4Ride is operated by AirportSea Taxi Limited (Company No. 16574100, registered in England and Wales, registered office 32 Chester Road, Gloucester, United Kingdom, GL4 3AY), a private hire operator based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. You can contact us at office@airportsea-taxi.co.uk or 07387 737730.

2. What we collect

When you request a quote or book a journey — by WhatsApp, our website form, phone, or email — we collect only what's needed to arrange your transfer:

3. How we use it

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.

4. How we share it

We share booking details with our drivers so they can carry out your journey. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is handled through WhatsApp/Meta's own platform under their privacy policy — we don't control how WhatsApp itself processes that data in transit. We do not share your data with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

5. Third-party services used by this website

This site loads two third-party resources to function: Google Fonts (for typefaces) and a 3D model viewer library, both served from their providers' content delivery networks. Neither sets tracking or advertising cookies. See section 6 below for details on cookies.

6. Cookies

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes — for example, if we add website analytics in future — we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent first.

7. How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the journey, handle any queries or complaints, and meet our legal/insurance obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
